SANTAFE–Payoneer Corporate Alliance
Streamlined cross-border treasury: lower costs, settlement in hours.
We help companies operating in Mexico that source from Asia and collect in foreign currencies cut the real cost of moving funds and eliminate dead time between payment instructions and shipment releases. Onboarding is handled with an assigned corporate Account Manager, not self-service.

Frequently asked questions
What leadership teams ask before signing.
What is the difference between the subscription and non-subscription plans?
Without a subscription, you operate on Payoneer's standard public pricing: 3% on outbound transfers and 1% on inbound receivables. With the corporate alliance subscription, a flat monthly fee of $250 USD lowers outbound fees to 0.4% and inbound fees to 0%. The break-even point typically occurs within the first few thousand dollars disbursed per month—the calculator on this page estimates it based on your actual numbers.
How does assisted onboarding with a dedicated Payoneer Account Manager work?
SANTAFE introduces your company directly to an assigned corporate Account Manager, assists with preparing your documentation dossier, reviews all files prior to submission, and tracks the case until receiving and disbursement accounts are fully activated. This is not self-service onboarding: a dedicated representative oversees your account from start to finish.
How long does documentary validation take, and how compliant is it with Mexican tax authorities (SAT)?
Documentary validation typically takes between 3 and 10 business days depending on corporate structure complexity (articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, Mexican tax status certificate [Constancia de Situación Fiscal], proof of address, and shareholder structure). Every transaction produces a downloadable statement and receipt, enabling straightforward reconciliation with your Mexican CFDI invoices and maintaining the audit trail required by the SAT. SANTAFE does not replace your tax advisor; we structure your records so reconciliation is smooth.
