Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of santafefirm.com and the general framework under which SANTAFEfirm delivers commercial and digital advisory services.

Version 2026-08-v1 · Last updated: 2026-08-06

Note: This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the original Spanish version published at /terminos shall prevail.

1. Site Operator

The website santafefirm.com is operated by Juan Manuel Robles Abrant, Mexican Tax ID (RFC) ROGJ881029D15, with registered address at Juan Aldama 56, Col. Buenavista, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, C.P. 06350, México, operating under the commercial trade name SANTAFE. For any matters regarding these terms, contact: juan@roblesabrant.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, submitting an inquiry form, or initiating communication through any published channel, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the site.

3. Informational Nature of Content

All published materials—including case studies, market insights, proprietary frameworks, and editorial commentary—are provided solely for general informational purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, nor do they guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Any business decisions made based on this content remain under your sole responsibility.

4. Professional Engagements and Contracting

This website does not market off-the-shelf products or transactional services online: there are no published price tags, digital carts, or automated contracting flows. All client advisory engagements are formalized through a dedicated scope of work and a bilaterally executed agreement setting out deliverables, timelines, professional fees, and termination conditions. In case of conflict, that executed contract supersedes these general website terms.

5. Contact and Assessment Inquiries

Submitting an assessment or contact request does not establish a contractual relationship or impose an obligation on us to accept the engagement. We reserve the right to decline inquiries that fall outside our advisory scope, lack complete or verifiable information, or represent a conflict of interest with active client engagements.

6. Permitted Use

You may review, cite with proper attribution, and share our published materials for informational and business evaluation purposes. You may not: (i) use the site for unlawful purposes; (ii) attempt to breach security, access private environments, or disrupt associated systems; (iii) perform large-scale automated data extraction (scraping) without prior written consent; (iv) transmit unsolicited commercial communications through our contact forms; or (v) impersonate any individual or entity.

7. Restricted Access Areas

Internal client and partner portals require authorized, personal, and non-transferable credentials. Portal access is monitored through audit logs. Unauthorized access attempts may be blocked immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

The SANTAFE brand, website architecture, visual design, analytical frameworks, methodologies, and written materials are the proprietary property of the operator or used under proper license. Total or partial reproduction for commercial purposes requires prior written authorization.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared with us to evaluate a prospective project is handled under strict professional confidentiality and used solely for engagement scoping. Published client cases are anonymized unless express written authorization has been granted by the client.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The website integrates or provides links to third-party tools and services (such as editorial platforms, messaging infrastructure, hosting, and analytics). We do not control their content, policies, or operational standards and assume no liability for third-party platforms.

11. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue content at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from site usage.

12. Data Protection and Cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies are activated only with your explicit consent, which you can adjust at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the website footer.

13. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms as legal, technical, or regulatory requirements evolve. The governing version will always be the one published on this page, identified by its version number and effective date.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement, the parties submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other venue that might correspond by reason of present or future domicile.
